Fees & Services

Archway Migration Advisory is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at Level 3, the highest level of authorisation, permitting us to advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of immigration and asylum matters.

Our services are delivered through a modern, remote-first model, primarily via telephone, video call and email. In-person appointments can be arranged on request and may incur an additional fee.

Archway Migration Advisory Limited is not VAT registered and therefore no VAT is added to the fees listed below.

Consultation Fees

Our consultations are designed to provide clear, strategic advice at an early stage.

If you instruct us for full representation following a consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from your overall fee.

What Our Fees Include

Full-service representation typically includes:

What Is Not Included

Unless agreed in writing, our fees do not include:

  • Home Office application fees
  • Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
  • Interpreter or translation services
  • Expert reports
  • Barrister fees (if required)
  • Travel or disbursements

 

Any third-party costs will be explained in advance.

Fee Waiver Support

We provide guidance and support in relation to fee waiver applications, which may allow you to apply without paying Home Office fees where you cannot afford them.

Our standard fee includes:

  • Advice on eligibility
  • Assistance completing the fee waiver application
  • General guidance on financial requirements
